Mushroom Patties

The Moroccan Salad was served with Mushroom Patties or the other way around. Either way they were served together in the pub in the UK!
Ingredients
200 gm cooked mashed potatoes
100 gm cooked mashed cauliflower
100 g. cooked chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped parsley
4 Tbsp soy milk
vegetable oil for frying
lemon sauce
Method
Mix the ingredients together.
Use more or less soy milk to bind the ingredients together.
Form into hand sized patties.
Fry in vegetable oil in a fryer or a frying pan for 3 – 5 minutes. Turn once. Remove when golden and drain on kitchen paper.
Makes about 6-8 patties,
Serves 2 people.
Serve with a lemon sauce.
