Moroccan Salad

This salad was served to us in a pub in the UK. I didn’t get the recipe but this is what was in it. It was delicious and filling. 
Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, drained
50 gm sun dried tomatoes, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
1 small sweet onion, diced
2 sprigs of coriander, chopped
2 sprigs of parsley, chopped
lemon and olive oil dressing
Method
Mix all the ingredients together and add the dressing just before serving.
Serves 2 people.
