Banana Cake

Thank you to my sister Sue for this easy and delicious cake recipe.
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup of apple sauce
2 cups of rolled oats
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup of raisins
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp cinnamon
Pre-heat the oven to 350 F, 180 C, Gas Mark 4.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Place in a non-stick loaf tin.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until firm.
Turn out on to a wire tray and allow to cool.
slice and serve.
