Banana Oat Biscuits

Jenny baked these delicious biscuits for us when we visited her in Ireland earlier this week.
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup of apple sauce
2 cups of oats
1/4 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp vanilla essences
1 tsp cinnamon, ground
Mix all the ingredients together well.
Take a dessert spoon full and place on a non-stick baking tray. Gently press a fork into each heap of mixture to leave indentations.
Bake at 350 F, 180 C or Gas Mark 4 for 15 to 20 minutes until golden.
Allow to cool on a rack. Eat or store in an airtight tin.
