Berry Muesli

The best way to start the day with a nutritious, filling and pleasing to the eye breakfast.
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup of mixed fruit, seeds and nuts
2 Tblsp shredded coconut, toasted
1 tsp ground cinnamon
4 small apples
1 cup of orange juice
1 cup soy yoghurt
1 punnet strawberries
1 Tblsp honey
Mix together the oats, fruit, seeds and nuts mix, toasted coconut and cinnamon in a container with a lid.
Coarsely grate the apples onto the mixture. Add the orange juice and stir well. Cover with the lid and leave over night in the fridge.
In the morning slice the strawberries. Mix into the muesli three quarters of the strawberries, the honey and the soy yoghurt.
Serve decorated with the remaining strawberries.
Serves 4 people.
