Orange Salad

It is summer here and the rains are late so we are roasting. Colourful refreshing salads are needed for this weather.
Ingredients
4 oranges
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Method
Peel and remove all the white pith.
Slice the oranges very thinly.
Arrange on a plate and dust lightly with ground cinnamon.
Serves 4 people.
