Ginger Greens

Many greens are suitable for this recipe especially the Asian greens, bok choy, baby bok choy, pam choy or gai larn. I have used our broccolini.
1 bunch of broccolini, trimmed and chopped
walnut sized root of ginger, sliced
1/2 cup of dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp chilli oil
Place a saucepan half full of water over a high heat and bring to the boil.
Line a steamer with non-stick baking paper.
Place the ginger in the steamer and top with broccolini. Cover with a lid and place in the saucepan. Steam for 5 minutes until the broccolini is just tender.
Place the soy sauce, sesame and chilli oil in a bowl and stir to mix.
Arrange the broccolini on a serving plate and spoon over the soy mixture.
Serves 4 people.
Adds a hot taste to a main meal.
