Chocolate Mousse

I went to a coffee morning on Hervey Range and there met Jodi. Jodi is Vegan and kindly sent me this recipe. Thank you Jodi from Townsville.
2 ripe avocado pears,
1/2 cup agave syrup
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 Tblsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
fresh berries
vegan chocolate
coconut flakes
Blend all the ingredients in a mixer until well combined. Pour into 4 individuation bowls and refrigerate until cold and firm.
Serve with fresh berries or grated vegan chocolate or coconut flakes or a combination of these.
A few drops of peppermint essence or rum essence changes the flavour.
