Garlic Flavoured peas and Beans

Another recipe from Zelda, with thanks.
2ozs 50 gms vegan margarine
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
10 ozs 300gms sugar snap peas, trimmed
1 small leek, washed and thinly sliced
10 ozs 300 gms green beans, trimmed
10 ozs 300 gms frozen peas
Melt the margarine in a frying pan and heat until bubbly. Add the garlic and leeks and cook for 5 minutes. The leeks should become soft.
In a saucepan of boiling, salted water add the sugar peas, frozen peas and beans and cook for 2-3 minutes until they are bright green. Drain well.
Add them to the garlic and leek mixture. Cook, tossing them frequently until they are all coated.
Place in a serving bowl. Serve hot. Serves 4 people.
