Beans with a Sauce

I have included a wide range of Sauces in this blog, which if poured over cooked beans or a bowl of three varieties of beans will make a tasty main course.
If kept in the refrigerator for several hours the flavour permeates through the beans. Chickpeas covered with curry sauce have a totally different taste and texture to chickpeas covered with peanut sauce.
Once a week we get home late in the evening from Tai Chi and this makes a quick and filling meal.
Use the sauces and beans to suit your taste.
