Avocado and Onion Sauce

This recipe was found in a cafe in Singapore.
1 large avocado, peeled, seeded and cut in pieces
1 onion, peeled and chopped
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp soya sauce
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
salt and pepper
Blend all the ingredients together. Keep in the refrigerator until required.
Adds colour when served over butter nuts and potatoes.
