Guava Dessert

These are the last of the guavas on our trees and passion fruit from our vines.
12 guavas
12 passion fruit
1 cup orange juice
cinnamon sugar
Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas Mark4.
Peel the guavas and half them. Half the passion fruit and scoop out the juice and pips into an oven proof dish. Add the orange juice and mix well together. Arrange the guavas in the dish and sprinkle over the cinnamon sugar. Cover the dish.
To make Cinnamon Sugar: 2 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp cinnamon mixed together or it can be bought in the spice section of the shops.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
I served this dish for Easter to 6 guests with a Soy Ice Cream. There was non left.
