Tomato Salad

11/2 lbs 700 gms firm tomatoes, sliced
1 small mild onion or 3 spring onions, chopped
2 Tblsp parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Salad Dressing
Mix the tomatoes, onions, parsley, and cumin in a bowl.
Pour over the salad dressing and toss well.
Serves 4 people. Serve as a side dish or with the main meal.
Arrange the tomato slices overlapping in rows on a serving dish or 4 side plates. Pour over the Salad Dressing and sprinkle with onions, parsley and cumin.
