Turnip and Apple

450 gms 1 lb turnips
3 apples
25 gms 1 ozs vegan margarine
Peel and cut the turnips into small pieces.
Peel, core and quarter the apples.
Steam together until soft.
Turn into a bowl and mash together with the margarine.
Serve hot with main meal. Serves 4 people.
