Sunflower Seed Patties

VEGETABLE
Ingredients
125g 4ozs sunflower seeds
1 onion
125g 4 ozs millet
2 Tblsp soya sauce
25g 1ozs wholemeal flour
1 Tblps oil
Method
Peel and finely chop or grate the onion. Cook the millet in water to cover it. Grind or chop the sunflower seeds. Mix together seeds, millet, onion and soya sauce.
Shape into small patties and coat with flour. Brush both sides with oil and fry or barbecue until brown, turning once.
Serves 4 people.
Serve with a salad or the main course.
