Lentil Sausages

225g 8 ozs lentils
2 tomatoes, large
1 tsp mixed herbs
2 tsp soya flour
300 mls 10 fl ozs water
1 Dsp yeast extract
2 tsp porridge oats
salt and pepper to taste
Soak the lentils in the water until soft and swollen. Skin the tomatoes by place them in boiling water for a minute. Mash the tomatoes. Add remaining ingredients and enough water to make a firm mixture. Shape into 8 sausages, brush with oil and place on the grill to cook for 10 minutes.
Serves 4 people.
