Barbecue Onions

BARBECUE
Ingredients
4 medium onions
Method
Leave the onions in their skins and wrap them individually in tinfoil. Place in the coals or on the grill. Turn occasionally. Cook for 15 minutes until soft to pressure.
Take off the tinfoil and remove the outer skin of the onion before serving.
Serves 4 people.
