Brandy Figs

SWEET
Each week until Christmas I will blog a recipe suitable to serve with the Christmas meal.
Brandy Figs are delicious to nibble on with a cup of coffee or tea after the meal.
You need to make them this week as they should stand for 2 weeks before serving.
Ingredients
1 pkt soft dried figs.
1 bottle of brandy.
Method
Take a large jar with a lid and place all the figs in the jar. Fill to covering the figs with brandy.
Store in a cool place for 2 weeks.
Remove the figs onto a serving dish and serve after the meal.
Use smaller jars if desired, label and give away as Christmas presents.
