Walnut Salad

2 ozs 50g walnut halves
1 oz 25g seedless raisins
2 Tblsps French Dressing (blogged in April 2011)
2 slices of onion
1 large tomato
1lb 450g white cabbage
Soak raisins in dressing for 2 hours until plump. Break onion slices into rings. Slice tomato. Shred cabbage into a bowl. Add walnuts, raisins and dressing. Toss together.
Decorate with tomato and onion.
Serves 4 people.
