Tofu Mayonnaise

SAUCE
The thickness of this sauce depends upon the firmness of the tofu used.
Ingredients
225mls 8 fl ozs tofu, mashed
1 clove garlic
2 tsps cider vinegar
2 tsps mustard
salt and freshly ground pepper
3 Tblsps chives, finely chopped
2 Tblsps dill, finely chopped
2 tsps lemon juice
Method
Lizuidise the tofu, garlic, vinegar, lemon juice and mustard. Mix in the herbs.
Season to taste.
Delicious over most salads or new potaotes.
