Beans and Sweetcorn

A quick, easy and nutritious dish.
1 can sweetcorn
1 can mixed beans, drained
2 Tblsps olive oil
8 fl ozs 225 mls soya milk or fluid from sweetcorn
salt and pepper
Cook all the ingredients together for 5 minutes until hot.
Season and serve.
A delicious quick meal if served on toast.
