Soya Rice Pudding

DESSERT
Quick, simple and filling. Also tastes nice!
Ingredients
1pt 600 mls soya milk
2ozs 50g pudding rice
3 cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Method
Place dry ingredients in a greased ovenproof dish. Pour over the soya milk. Cover and bake at 300F, 150C, Gas Mark 2 for 2 – 21/2 hours. Remove the cover for the last half hour.
Serve hot or cold.
Serves 4 people.
May be served with stewed fruit, sugar or syrup and jam.
