Tomato and Basil Sauce

Ingredients
14oz 400g tin of chopped tomatoes
1 Dsp dried basil
1 Dsp sugar
Method
Place all the ingredients in an electric blender and liquidise.
This sauce is very colourful and can be used to add colour to a meal,
This sauce may be served either chilled or hot, but do not allow to boil.
