Beetroot Relish

SALADS
This recipe is a great favourite with children. It is delicious, refreshing and colourful. It goes well at a party.
Ingredients
2 large cooked beetroots
2 cooking apples
4 Tblsp French Dressing with garlic
Method
Dice beetroot, peel, core and dice apple. Mix together and moisten with French Dressing.
Serves 4 people.
