Baked Squash

An unusual but tasty recipe from Zimbabwe.
4 cups squash, cooked and mashed
2 Tblsp syrup
3 Tblsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Mix together syrup, lemon juice and nutmeg.
Grease a baking dish and add the squash mixture. Pour over the lemon mixture. Bake at 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6 for 15 minutes.
Serves 4 people.
