Fiona’s Muesli Recipe

My son, Rowan and his wife Fiona, sent me this recipe to go with the other muesli recipes blogged 28.06.11. They live in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

They say it is easy and it is!
Ratio 6 cups of dry to 1 cup of wet
Dry :- oats coconut, nuts, seeds,Lsa, bran, sultanas, dried apricots, goji berries
Wet :- golden syrup and olive oil
Mix wet and dry, except dried fruit, together and spread on a baking tray (Glad bake stops it sticking) and bake until light golden. Do a few trays.
When it cools add dried fruit. Mix together. Store in an airtight container. It keeps for ages.
