Potato Dumplings

Ingredients 2 Tblsp left over mashed potatoes 1 Dsp flour Method Mix together and form into golf ball size. Drop into soups and stews and cook for 10 minutes. Makes 4 dumplings

Potato Balls

Method Peel potatoes and scoop out potato balls with a cutter. Either plain boil them, or saute them and toss in melted margarine. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
