Pastry No 1

Vegan pastry can be bought deep-frozen. If possible make your own; this is a simple recipe.
Ingredients
8ozs 225g flour
5ozs 150g vegan margarine
2 Tblsp water
Method
Put the margarine with the 2 Tblsp of water in a deep mixing bowl. Cream together with a fork until well mixed. Work in the flour to a firm dough.Turn on to a floured surface and knead lightly until smooth.
Chill for 30 minutes before using. Roll out to required shape.
Bake in pre-heated oven, 400F, 200C, Mk 6 until golden.
