Avocado Pear and Orange Salad

A recipe from my nursing friend, Jenny, who lives in Harare, Zimbabwe.
Ingredients
1 avocado pear
2 oranges
salt and pepper
Dressing
1Tblsp lemon juice
3 Tblsp olive oil
pinch of sugar
Method
Cut the avocado pear into bite sized pieces. Peel and segment the oranges and cut them into bite sizes pieces. Mix the two together.
Mix the ingredients for the dressing together well.
Place in 4 small dishes and pour over the dressing.
Makes a simple starter for 4 people or place in a large bowl as a salad to accompany a meal.
