Avocado Dip

A recipe from my sister-in-law, Sue, who lived in Malawi.

2 avocado pears, destoned
2ozs 50mls white wine
1 lemon, juice and zest
salt and pepper
Mash the avocado flesh. Mix in all the other ingredients. Place in a bowl.
Serve with a variety of vegetable sticks.
