Hawaiian Fried Rice

Ingredients
8ozs 225g cooked rice
3ozs 75g vegan margarine
4ozs 125g, chopped onions
2ozs 50g chopped chives
8ozs 225g diced celery
4ozs 125g sliced mushrooms
1 Tblsp yeast extract
2 Tblsp soya sauce
8 pineapple rings
salt and pepper
Method
Heat margarine in frying pan. Add onion, chives and celery and cook until almost tender. Add mushrooms, rice, yeast extract and soya sauce. Cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Heat pineapple rings.
Serve mounds of savoury rice on pineapple rings.
Serves 4 people.
