Chapattis

Ingredients
2ozs 50g chappatti flour
1/2 tsp oil
salt
1/2 tsp water
Method
Mix the ingredients together and add water to make a soft dough. Knead well. Add a little more oil at the end. Roll out very thin. Cook in a frying pan without any added oil, over a low heat. Layer up and cover to keep warm.
Serve warm.
Makes 4.
