French Dressing

4 Tblsp olive oil
1 tsp dried mustard
2 Tblsp vinegar
salt and black pepper
Place all ingredients in a jar and seal the lid tightly.
Shake well until all the ingredients are mixed.
Pour over the salad just before serving.
Additional Flavours
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tblsp chopped chives
1 Dsp tomato puree
1 Dsp grated onion
A pinch of paprika
