Grapefruit and Nut Salad

3 grapefruit, peeled and segmented
8ozs 225g almonds, roughly chopped,  or mixed nuts to taste
4ozs 125g dates, chopped
1 lettuce
Mix grapefruit, nuts and dates together.
Serve on a bed of lettuce. Serve with a vegan salad dressing.
This salad also makes a good starter.
