Fresh Fruit Compote

Ingredients
1 cooking apple
1 peach
2 apricots
1 pear
2 plums
1 punit strawberries
1 pkt coconut cream
Syrup
2 cups 16 ozs 450mls water
1 cup 8ozs 225gs sugar
1 lemon
Method
Boil water with sugar until all is dissolved. Add lemon juice to taste.
Wash, peel, core or stone and slice all the fruit. Put the fruit in a large pan with the syrup. Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes until fruit is soft.
Serve cold with coconut cream.
