1lb 450g sesame seeds
1/2lb 225g coriander seeds
1/2lb 225g hazelnuts
1/4lb 125g ground cumin
salt and pepper
Roast or grill the ingredients separately. Finely crush them. If a blender is used do not create a paste. Dukkah is a dry mixture.
It will store well in a jar with a tight lid.
Serve sprinkle over bread slices.
