Fruit Sauce

Ingredients
2tsp cornflour
1/2pt 300mls fruit juice from canned fruit e.g. pineapple, mandarins etc.
zest and juice from 1/2 a lemon or 1 orange
1oz 25g vegan margarine

Method
Mix cornflour with 2Tblsp juice. Bring remaining juice to the boil and stir in cornflour paste. Stir in zest and juice. Cook, stirring continuously until thick and smooth, 2-3mins. Beat in margarine.
Serve with fruit pies, tarts or slices.
